Information you provide to us

• Registration Information: Information you provide to us when signing up for an account for the Game, including Email address and information we import from your connected social media account (such as Facebook, Google, Apple and others).
• Information you provide while using our services. When you set up your profile for the Game or participate in our promotional activities, or you contact us via our customer service, you may provide your name, phone number, home address or other related information.
• Information provided by you that are necessary to facilitate your payment when you make purchase in the Game.
• We may need to collect your personal sensitive information so that we can provide specific game function to you. You have the right to choose not to provide such information, but you may not be able to use the specific game functions. To make our services more convenient to you, we may automatically collect certain data as the service log when you use the Game and/or the Website, including:

Device information:

• Device attributes: information such as the operating system, hardware and software versions, available storage space, browser type, app and file names and types, and plugins.

Communication Logs. For example, the content when you message or communicate with others in the Game. We also collect your data each time you interact with us, for example, when you use in-app support to communicate with us. When you use the chat feature within the application and grant microphone permission to use the voice chat function, we may collect your voice information with your consent in order to provide you with relevant chat services.

Location Information: For example, we may collect your general location when you use the location-related services, in order to provide relevant service for you.

Other relevant information: For you to better use our product or service, we will collect relevant information, such as the friends list, group list information upon your prior consent.

Information from other sources

We may collect your information contained in the information shared by other users, such as photos or videos published by other users may contain your information.

We may obtain information about you from business partners, contractors, and other third parties and add it to our account information or other information we have collected.

We use cookies and other similar technologies (“Cookies”) to enhance your experience using the services. • Registration Information (Social ID on social media accounts, email address): We use Registration Information to set up user accounts, allow users to login to the Game and provide services to users. We use this information with your consent to this Privacy Policy.
• Device Information (Device ID, Device Type, Operating System, CPU, RAM, IP address, MAC address): We use this information for the purposes of providing and improving the Game services, including without limitation, allowing users to download and install the Game on their devices, recording and keeping track of requests from users of the Game, detecting the user network and device status when the user is playing the Game, and correcting bugs or errors that occur when the user is playing the Game.
• Contact Information (Name, Email, Address, Phone Number): Where and to the extent that you have granted consent, such information is indispensable to us for: (i) sending notifications to users to inform them of our promotional activities and any rewards they are entitled to; (ii) providing you with new product or service information, features, or enhancements to products; (iii) addressing to your customer service or technical support.
• Location Information: We use this information to provide some location-based services. We use this information with your prior consent when you use the related service (if any). We also use an IP address to surface the appropriate country-based version of a game offering to a user.
• Voice Information: We use this information to provide some real-time voice chat-based services such as audio chat with people in the game. We use this information with your prior consent when you use the related service (if any).
• Social ID: We use this information to help you to share certain content on social media. We use this information with your consent to this Privacy Policy.
• User Profile: We use this information to provide customized services to users such as personal information page. We use this information with your consent to this Privacy Policy.
• Game Data: Our use of this information is necessary and indispensable to providing services to users for our Game.

How we share your information

• We will not share your personal information with others except for the parties/purposes as explicitly listed below, or other persons upon your explicit consent:
• Facebook, that processes Device ID and some of in-app activities, for the purpose of the evaluation of its marketing services;
• Apple, that processes of purchase information, for the purpose of providing in-app purchase;
• Google, that processes of purchase information, for the purpose of providing in-app purchase. We may share your hashed email address and limited app analytics information (e.g., whether you have installed the app or have recently opened the app) with Google Ads to show relevant ads, and measure ad performance, when you are using third-party applications and websites. We will only share hashed or encrypted identifiers with Google and not directly identifying information such as your name or email address for this purpose. You can withdraw your consent via customersupport@quzizi.com if you do not wish to be shown personalized ads outside of our Game;
• Our subsidiaries and affiliates to the extent reasonably necessary to operate part or all of the Game services.
• law enforcement agencies, public authorities or other judicial bodies and organizations. We disclose information if we are legally required to do so, or if we have a good faith belief that such use is reasonably necessary to:
• for the purpose of complying with a legal obligation, process or request;
• for the purpose of enforcing our terms of service and other agreements, policies, and standards, including investigation of any potential violation thereof;
• for detecting, preventing or otherwise addressing security, fraud or technical issues; or
• for protecting the rights, property or safety of us, our users, a third party or the public as required or permitted by law (including exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection); and

If there is any other personal information you believe we process that you would like us to erase, please contact us through the mobile app where we provide the Game and complete the request form (You can operate within the mobile app to de-register the account; if you request for deletion of your personal data, please send an email to customersupport@quzizi.com). You have the right to have your personal information erased and no longer processed where the personal information is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are collected or otherwise processed, where you have withdrawn your consent, or where the processing of his or her personal data is no longer lawful. However, your decision to withdraw your authorization will not affect the personal information processing activities previously carried out based on your authorization. We may need to retain personal information if there are valid grounds under data protection laws for us to do so (e.g., for national security, the defense of legal claims or freedom of expression).
• Restriction of processing: You have a right to require us to cease processing the personal information we hold about you other than for storage purposes in certain circumstances.

Data retention

We only keep your information for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and to fulfil our legal obligations. When you delete data, we follow an internal deletion policy to make sure that your data is safely and completely removed from our servers or retained only in anonymized form. In some cases, rather than providing a way to delete data, we store it for a predetermined period of time. For each type of data, we set retention timeframes based on the reason for its collection. We will securely erase your information in advance of these deadlines if we decide that we no longer need it.

Protection of Minors
